Sora Sushi is known for serving high-quality sushi and Japanese cuisine every day. Our Tuesday Omakase is a different experience altogether.

 

For Omakase, our chefs curate a special multi-course menu built around exceptional seasonal fish and ingredients, including seafood shipped directly from Japan specifically for the experience.

 

Rather than ordering from our regular menu, Omakase guests place the evening in the hands of the chef. Each course is selected and prepared in sequence, allowing the chef to showcase ingredients at their peak and create a more personal, progressive dining experience.

ONE SEATING • 8:30 P.M.

 

Each Omakase experience includes approximately 16 to 20+ courses. Because the menu is driven by seasonality, availability, and the ingredients sourced for that evening, no two Omakase dinners are exactly the same.

 

$200–$250 PER GUEST

Pricing varies depending on the evening’s menu and ingredients.

Our reservation line is voicemail only. Please leave your name, phone number, preferred Tuesday, and number of guests.

 

Our chef will personally return your call to confirm the reservation, discuss any food allergies or dietary restrictions, and obtain a credit card to secure your seating.

 

Food allergies can be accommodated. Please let the chef know about any allergies or dietary restrictions during your confirmation call so the evening’s menu can be prepared accordingly.

 

Your reservation is confirmed once you have spoken directly with the chef.
